Booking and Cancellation: To ensure availability, please book your sessions in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly provide at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You are allowed two reschedule requests at no additional charge.

Third Reschedule: If you need to reschedule a third time, a fee of $30 will be applied.

Cancellation without Notice: If you cancel without providing us with prior notice, a $30 fee will be required to rebook your appointment.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including credit/debit cards and cash.
Informed Consent: Before any session, we will provide you with information about our services and obtain your informed consent. Feel free to ask questions and discuss any concerns.
Health and Safety: Your well-being is our top priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your session. We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
Refund Policy: Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with your session or purchase, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns.
Booking for Books: For book orders, please ensure accurate shipping information. We will process orders promptly, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
